I'd like to request money back.

To refund money from your goal balance back to your bank account, simply click on your goal from the Home screen of the app. Next, tap Withdraw Funds and enter the amount you'd like to withdraw back to your linked checking account. Withdrawals can take 1-2 business days to reach your account.

Keep in mind: you'll be able to withdraw any amount up to your available balance.
