Please allow 7-10 business days from the time that your payment was sent out for it to arrive and be processed by your lender (remember, weekends and holidays aren’t business days).
You can see the estimated arrival date of your payment that's been sent out by scrolling down to the bottom of the Home screen, where your recent payments will show You can click View All to see the full list.
If that date has passed and your payment has not been credited to your account, you can click the red dispute button to address it. If you have any trouble with this, please contact us!
