I've had money come out of my account. Where is my payment?

Remember, we only send out payments once per month, on the scheduled payment date in the app. Throughout the month, your savings method will automate your savings for your goal.

On the scheduled payment date, we’ll send out a payment for the total available goal balance. To see or change the dates of your upcoming payments, click your Pay Off Debt goal in the app.

If a date has passed and you think a payment should have been sent out, please contact us!
