How do I cancel a withdrawal by Qoins?

You can cancel a withdrawal in the app before 5:45 EST on the same business day that it was initiated.

To do this, you'll need to head to the app and tap either "Cancel” or “Reschedule" on the withdrawal you want to change.

Since weekends count as Monday's business day, any withdrawal initiated over the weekend can be canceled by 5:45 EST on the following Monday.
