If you've set up your Qoins account and can't seem to log back in, then you may need to reset your password. If you've already done so and are still unable to locate your account, then there may be an issue with the account information you originally entered in when signing up.
If this is the case, please shoot us a text at (770) 765-2930 and we can try to access your account via the phone number you send us a message from. It's possible that there is a typo in your original email address or other account information.
Once we locate your account, we can fix any incorrect information and help resolve any other issues.
