Why can't I withdraw money?

You can only withdraw up to the available amount in your balance. When you send money to Qoins, it can take 2-3 business days to settle. Once your bank confirms the funds have cleared, they'll be available for use.

Your available balance is located under the box where you enter your amount (see screenshot below).
