There are a couple of reasons a payment may not go out as scheduled:
- Your Monthly Payments are paused. You can check/ unpause this by clicking on your Pay Off Debt goal, and then the specific payment (if needed). Next, click "View Payment Options" in the blue outlined box and select "Resume scheduled payments".
- Your payment information is inaccurate. Please make sure the account information for your payment is accurate; to do so: click on your Pay Off Debt goal, and then the specific payment (if needed). Next, tap the three-dot menu in the right corner and select "Change payment information". From here you can click Edit to view the current payment information and change it if needed.
