How do I change my scheduled payment date?

To change your scheduled payment date:

• Click on your Pay Off Debt goal
• Click the calendar box on the right showing your "Next Payment"
• Select your payment date and click Change Payment Date to confirm

If your next payment shows as "Not Scheduled", it means your payment is paused. Click here to see how to resume your payments.

​Please keep in mind that Qoins is used to make extra payments towards your debt and not replace your regular monthly due payment or bill. It can take up to 10 business days for lenders to process payments, so be sure to keep making your regular payments to avoid any late fees or issues.
