If your Qoins Card is Lost, Stolen, Damaged, you can request a new card right from your Qoins app. Please note that a new card does not change the account/routing number associated with your Qash Money account, only the card numbers will change. You will need to update any autopay settings that use the Qoins Card number to ensure your payments are processed on time.

To order your new Qoins Card:
- Navigate to the Home screen on your device
- Click on your Qash Money account
- Tap the three-dot menu
- Select “Replace Qoins Card”
- Choose a reason
- Verify your mailing address
- Confirm
Please allow up to 14 business days for your card to be delivered.
